are pleased to announce
6 Scholarship for MA Students are available to study Autumn Semester 2023-24 academic year at the Department of Sociology, Lund University, Sweden
Eligibility
§ 1st year MA students at Faculty of Sociology, Taras Schevchenko National University of Kyiv
§ Fluency in English (B2)
§ Good study performance (75+ points as average)
6 MA Scholarships, 850 euro per month for 5 months, covering accommodation, living expenses and one round trip flight, period of study visit: August 15 2023 - January15, 2024
There is no tuition fee for Erasmus+ exchange.
Health insurance is provided by the Lund University, as well as visa support issues.
Application procedure
1. Completed application package: email it before March 14, 2023
2. Personal Interviews with selected candidates March 15-20, 2023
Selection Committee from Lund University and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv proceeds with selection based on study achievement, clear motivation, and English proficiency.
Application package (in English) for MA Student Scholarship includes:
§ Motivation letter (one page, up to 300 words)
§ CV (in European format) - see the file attched
§ Study Record \ Transcript (in English)
§ Proof of proficiency in English equivalent to B2 or higher (certificates, grades, programs in English completed)

Applicants selected for interview will be informed March 15, 2023 at the latest
The Interviews will be conducted in March 15-20, 2023 via zoom, and we will inform finalists about the nomination before March 25, 2023.
The procedure of the exchange program
After admission students choose the courses on sociology to study in the autumn semester September 2023 – January 2024 at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Lund University (information available here https://www.sam.lu.se/en/exchange-studies/incoming-exchange-students/faculty-courses-exchange-students and to sign a Learning Mobility Agreement with Lund University and the University of TSNUK, specifying the transferable credits for the autumn semester and an individual plan for non-transferable courses(internship) in relation to their MA program at the Faculty of Sociology TSNUK.
